What happens if my items arrived damaged or they are not as I ordered?
Simple ... we will replace or refund you including delivery costs!If the goods you receive are damaged or not as you ordered, you need to contact us for a returns authorisation number. Once you have this number you need to complete the back of the despatch note and return this along with the item in an appropriate sealed package. The items will be recovered at our cost and a full refund will be given within 30 days.
You must inform us by email within 7 days of receipt for a returns authorisation number. After 7 days, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted.
What happens if my order arrives and I no longer want the goods?
Simple...we have a 14 day money back guarantee!
You may return any items purchased provided that you contact us by email within 7 working (M - F) days for a returns authorisation number. Once you have this number you need to complete the back of the despatch note and return this along with the item in an appropriate sealed package.
You will be refunded the full cost of your order on the condition that the item is returned unopened, unused and undamaged. You are responsible for the delivery costs of returning an unwanted item.
If you wish to return your order after the 7 days cancellation period, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a returns authorisation number. Please note cancellations after 7 days are subject to a £2.50 re-stocking charge.
Any items returned as unwanted that arrive opened, used, and/or damaged condition will be returned to you at your cost and no refund given. It is your responsibility to ensure that unwanted returns are packaged in an adequate manner.
