Delivery policy

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries as thorough research has indicated their service to be the best for the products we dispatch.

Delivery prices - Standard 2nd Class Service £0.95 per item, 1st Class Service £1.60 per item, Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery £5.95 per order.

All products are delivered throughout the UK (including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) via Royal Mail Standard delivery. We aim for our orders to be dispatched within 2 days, delivery is normally 2 - 3 days however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. (Monday to Friday) Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day, any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until Monday. (Not Bank Holidays - this will then be Tuesday)

If no-one is present at the delivery address, the item will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for collection. A postcard will be posted to inform you of this.

If you do not collect your delivery within 7 days the item is returned to us and you will be liable for cost of re-delivery.

We can despatch orders to an alternative address other than the billing address - billing address must be the address that payment card is registered to.

Royal Mail - Lost or Delayed deliveries...................

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days and 25 days for International. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are not able to issue a refund or re dispatch a replacement product until this period has elapsed. We do highly recommend checking with your local Royal Mail collection office first if you have not received your delivery in the time advised to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. By purchasing a product you agree to these terms and conditions of sale.

Note: For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax or customs duty charges in your own country.

International Payments: If you are from outside of the UK, your payment card will be charged in GB Pounds and your card company will calculate the exchange rate in your home currency at the time of the transaction.
